What Sports Car One covers
Most of our coverage is new vehicles sold in the United States: pickups, SUVs, family cars and the occasional sports car. You’ll find news, model comparisons and reviews, with prices in US dollars and range and fuel economy in miles.
How we report
Every price, horsepower figure, towing rating and recall count in our stories comes from a page we’ve opened and checked, usually the automaker’s own press release or a notice from a safety regulator such as NHTSA. When two sources disagree, we use the primary source and say so in the article.
When we compare a vehicle with its rivals, we use each automaker’s published prices on the day we write, and we tell you when a figure is an estimate or could change. Photos come from automaker media sites and carry a credit line.
